Advance Preschool
Our History
Founded in 1999
Rooted in Community, Growing With Purpose
Advance Preschool Inc. has proudly served the Hoffman Estates community since 1999, offering developmentally appropriate, high-quality, and reasonably priced early childhood education for over two decades.

Our philosophy is grounded in a unique blend of the Illinois State Early Childhood Education guidelines, foundational early learning principles, and nationally recognized curriculum models. This intentional integration ensures that every child in our care receives a safe, inclusive, and enriching educational experience—one that supports their cognitive, emotional, and social growth through creative exploration, hands-on learning, and individualized support.

Over the years, Advance Preschool has been selected to participate in prestigious state and national programs including Preschool for All and Head Start, a reflection of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in curriculum, instruction, and family services.
Our center is proud to be recognized by the Illinois Gold Standard ExceleRate Program, the Village of Hoffman Estates, the Center for Health Services, and the Hanover Park Mental Health Board for our excellence in care and early education.

As one of the original sites chosen to pilot the “Preschool for All” initiative, our leadership helped shape the vision and implementation of this vital statewide effort. We were further honored with an invitation to participate in the national Head Start Forum in Washington, D.C., underscoring our influence and advocacy within the field of early learning.

What Sets Advance Apart? Our People.

What truly sets Advance Preschool apart is our extraordinary team of educators. With remarkably low staff turnover, our teachers and assistants provide consistency, expertise, and genuine passion in every classroom. Many have been with us for years, growing alongside the children and families we serve. This long-term dedication fosters a deep sense of trust, connection, and community—a hallmark of the Advance experience.

We offer families the choice between a traditional or Christian-based curriculum, honoring the values and preferences of the diverse families we serve. In every classroom, we promote multicultural and multilingual learning, social emotional development, and individualized educational plans that meet children exactly where they are, while gently guiding them forward.

A Legacy of Growth, A Future of Possibility

From humble beginnings in a single classroom with just seven children, Advance Preschool has grown into a thriving center with 11 classrooms serving over 200 students—a testament to the trust, love, and loyalty of the families who have walked through our doors.

Our administrative team is as warm and experienced as our educators, providing seamless support with everything from enrollment paperwork to Action for Children documentation and community referrals. Every staff member plays a vital role in maintaining the rich, diverse, and inclusive environment that defines who we are.

We are honored to walk beside families during these critical early years, and we look forward to continuing to grow, serve, and lead as a cornerstone of early childhood education in Hoffman Estates—and beyond.
