At Advance Preschool, we believe that every child is born with unique gifts and unlimited potential. As the Director, I’m honored to lead a team of passionate educators who are committed to providing a developmentally appropriate, safe, and inclusive environment where children feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

In a world that’s constantly evolving, our mission remains steady: to create a space where creative exploration, social emotional development, and a strong sense of belonging lay the foundation for lifelong learning. We embrace and celebrate the diverse cultures and experiences that enrich our classrooms, believing that multicultural and multilingual exposure helps children develop empathy, respect, and open-mindedness from an early age.

 

At Advance, we recognize that families are a child’s first and most important teachers. We do not seek to replace your role—we seek to partner with you, learning how best to support your child’s journey together. Through open communication and a shared commitment to your child’s well-being, we aim to become a trusted part of your extended village.

 

We believe a high-quality, reasonably priced, and educational preschool experience should be available to all families. That’s why we strive to meet each child where they are, using individualized educational plans and age-appropriate assessments to guide their learning. Our goal is to foster self-confidence, resilience, effort, and determination—the true foundations of academic and personal success.

 

As Director, I am deeply committed to inspiring our staff to design purposeful, engaging learning experiences that expand opportunities and enhance every child’s life.
