Personal Note From the Director

Hello, welcome to Advance Preschool Inc. As the director of Advance, I am grateful to share with you my reflections on the ever-changing environment we support. At Advance, we feel all children have individual worth and potential. We strongly believe that our diverse culture enriches our community and promotes acceptance and empathy. Because we believe each child is born with unique gifts, we daily encourage our students to achieve their highest potential. We focus on self-confidence, effort and determination as these are the first skills needed to develop a successful individual. We lovingly try to provide social, emotional and relational support as children need to feel safe before they can learn.

We respect and believe that the family is the most important part of the child’s development. “You are your child’s first teacher” resonates within our environment. Our job is not to replace or challenge you, but to come along side you to learn how we can best support your family. A community benefits when people are willing to contribute to the well being of others. It is our goal to be a positive part of our community. We chose to contribute to our students and their families by providing an environment of respect and dignity.

At Advance we feel that a quality education expands opportunities for growth and enhances life. As a director, I hope to encourage my staff to provide engaging and purposeful pathways to students academic growth. An Advance education means cultivating resourceful, resilient children through social emotional learning.
